Any other duties as assigned by management.Coordinate both internal and client-facing communication meetings and/or press calls, including setting up zoom/meeting rooms, ordering food, copying materials, prepping binders, ordering/checking AV equipment and other materials, etc.Support revising narrative presentations, board presentations, and other reporting spreadsheets.Special Projects and Event Logistics (15%).Develop and maintain the editorial calendar, coordinating with press managers to keep track of interviews, press launches, events, and key anniversary dates.Manage the communications team contracts and process invoices.Maintain and keep an updated communication database of talking points, priority campaigns list, narrative reports, editorial columns, award submissions, press releases, campaign 1 pagers, media reports, media clips, and other relevant communications materials.Engage regularly with staff across the organization to ensure that the communication department's meetings, deadlines, presentations, and other duties of the communications team are carried out seamlessly.Manage the press team's news subscriptions.Support press managers in keeping press lists up to date using the department's media report service.
